The propositions of the EACLA were taken into account by the Constitutional Assembly of Ukraine, that prepares amendments to the Constitution of Ukraine. None of the other addressees (like Ministry of Justice, relevant Committee of the Parliament of Ukraine) haven’t considered the propositions per se.
